The Nyack College Men & Women's Cross Country Team competes at the NCAA Division II in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC).

The team dynamic of the Running Warriors is like no other. We are a close family oriented team who absolutely loves to run and takes on the many challenges of training in an exceptional running community both on and off campus.

Our team gets the best of both worlds: being only 45 minutes away from the Big Apple (NYC) and residing on our beautiful suburban campus, which is located on a mountain in the well known Village of Nyack, NY.

With having the pleasure & advantage of training in such a perfect running environment - at Nyack College, you will never expect to get bored with the runs or the breathtaking scenery. You CAN expect to get faster, reduce your risk of injuries, strengthen your upper body, and to continue building your confidence all throughout your college career. Your improved strength and technique on our one-of -a-kind hills will definitely give you a confidence boost while racing and other longterm results will be beyond belief.

The Nyack College Coaching Staff is looking for serious runners who are interested in competing for a Conference Championship every year and individuals who are willing to continue working hard towards obtaining a Regional and National Title as well.

All coaches take pride in developing our runners to be outstanding athletes but in addition, also seek to have our surrounding community and local campus positively influenced by the way we compete. As we strive to win championships, we endeavor to exemplify Christ's character and show His love. Our running program is designed not only to develop student-athletes, but to impact those who observe us and share in our competition.

Lastly coaches expect our student-athletes to come in already self-motivated to continue being scholars in the classroom and we (coaching staff & alumni training partners) provide adequate involvement for additional support to assure success in their future career.
